RETURN POLICY
At Wave Texture, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer free returns for customers in the EU and US within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including the box and hangtags. There are no restocking fees, and unless explicitly stated, we do not offer ‘final sale’ items.
Refunds:
Returns received within 30 days of purchase qualify for either a full refund or store credit, as per your preference. Refunds or credits will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item. For returns received beyond the 30-day window, you may exchange the item or receive store credit, provided the return conditions are met.
Please note, we cannot accept merchandise that has been worn or used. In such cases, the items will be returned to the customer.

Important Note on International Returns (Outside EU & US): While we offer free returns, please note that due to international tariffs on imports and exports, we are unable to cover additional customs fees. However, we are fully committed to assisting you and will do our best to find the most cost-effective solution for your return.

If your item was lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
To streamline the return process, please notify us of your intention to return a product before sending it back. Once we receive your notification, we’ll provide you with a return label to make the process easier.
Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and will remain the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to exchange a product due to an incorrect size or change of mind, please follow these steps:

Ensure your item meets our return criteria:

The item is in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all accompanying tags and packaging.

The return request is made within 14 days of the item’s arrival at your address.

We will create a return label for you to print and attach to the outside of your package.

Securely seal your return package and affix the printed return shipping label.

Send your return. Depending on the carrier handling your package, you may need to drop it off at a postal office or arrange a carrier pick-up at your address. Please keep a record of the drop-off and tracking number, and kindly share the tracking number with us.

Once our team has received and accepted the return, your refund will be processed via the original payment method. Alternatively, we can issue your refund as store credit if preferred.

EXCHANGES
You are welcome to exchange any item purchased from us. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is a limited edition and is no longer in stock, we may not be able to proceed with the exchange. Exchanges only apply to items that are unworn, unwashed, and remain in their original condition with all original packaging and tags.
