This limited edition veste builds on the foundation laid by Roy, a product that has exceeded our expectations, while honouring France’s legacy of craftsmanship excellence in hand embroidery.
With the elements from our original edition—our distinctive oversized proportions, its polished silver zipper, our organic cotton blend, the signature arrow cuffs, and luxurious silk velvet trimmings—we collaborated with two hand embroidery haute couture ateliers for a one-of-a-kind creation.
Our fascination with hand embroidery inspired us to develop this bold design in-house. Composed of botanical elements, the process took over a year of refining and adjusting the technic. During its prototyping phase, we collaborated with the highly skilled Vastrakala team at Lesage, and entrusted the final execution of this first production batch to Atelier 2M.
The result is a modern garment marked with savoir-faire spanning across centuries, blending a unique mix of coloured threads into intricate details. This meticulous process, taking over 25 hours of individual craftsmanship, culminates in a hand-embroidered design on the hood. The design’s position on the garment offers versatility, allowing the hood to be worn down for formality or up as a statement piece.
Presented here in the original Sienna colour-way, this iteration is now also available in Jade. Made in Paris, this edition is limited to 50 pieces, each with an individually numbered label. Symbolising the epitome of French excellence, more than a sweatshirt, it embodies a singular couture statement.

25hrs of individual craftmanship
The Roy Veste is marked by an intricate hand-embroidered motif on the hood, developed internally at Wave Texture. Rooted in centuries-old savoir-faire and reimagined through a contemporary lens, the design is the result of over 25 hours of meticulous artisanal work. Coloured threads are blended into detailed, layered forms, adding quiet richness to the garment. Worn down, the hood reads formal; worn up, it becomes a statement. Presented here in the original Sienna colourway, also available in Jade.
Japanese Silk Velvet Ribbon Trimmings
A technique borrowed from haute couture dresses and fine cashmere coats, silk-velvet ribbon trims the interior seams of the Roy Veste. These Japanese trimmings soften every contact point while sculpting the garment’s inner architecture — a discreet gesture of luxury designed to be felt more than seen.
Aarrow Cuffs
The arrow cuffs reflect the Roy Veste’s core philosophy: purposeful design through refined technique. Developed without adding or subtracting any external elements, the sleeve’s distinctive volume is shaped entirely through patternwork — a sculptural detail achieved with nothing but precision and control.
Two-Way Excella Zipper
At the heart of the Roy Veste is a polished two-way Excella® zipper from Japan — a staple in high-end leatherwear, known for its durability and signature shine. It opens from both the top and bottom, offering versatile styling and ease of movement, while serving as a bold, functional centerpiece.
500 GSM Organic Cotton
Nicknamed the “gravity hoodie” by early adopters, the Roy Veste is crafted from ultra-heavy 500 gsm organic cotton, responsibly sourced and spun in France. The dense knit feels soft yet substantial — balancing old-school comfort with a sharp, modern silhouette that transitions effortlessly across seasons and settings.
